Red rider wagon... Gift for both boys. The baby and 2 yr old

Games... Chutes and ladders, candyland, etc
Summer clothes... We go to aruba in February
Books
One of those kid computer games... We have the leaptop leapfrog and he loves it so something else

Jack has so much stuff I dont even know what to do with it. His bday was last week. My MIL bought him ANOTHER ride on toy (we already have a tricycle, ride on Thomas, Ride on Fire truck, and cozy coupe..) but she thought he needed another one..
The picnic bench for the back yard, a keyboard thing and a rocking chair. Seriously I dont have room for it.
WE wanted to get him a kitchen or home depot tool set, but my SIL got him the crayola easel for his bday and that just about fills up the perimeter of his play room.
For christmas, I have no clue.
I was thinking of the Leap Frog Tag Jr reading set. and maybe more crayola color wonder stuff.
My brother got him the leap pad, but DS totally isnt ready for it yet. SO i may get the tag jr set for reading.

-I asked my sister to get him food for his kitchen
& GOD ONLY knows what else people are going to give him PLUS he's going to be a big brother, so I know he'll get a few things from people once his brother/sister is here.
GOD help me, where am I putting it all????? PLUS all the baby stuff will be out again. Ah, I'm getting overwhelmed now!
maybe I should stick with small things for him for christmas. Usually we get one big & a few small

We are having the same issue. I already said i wonder how much of the stuff i bought, will i have to return bc he got it for his birthday party.

I got DS a Mac Hauler that holds some cars. Not all of his cars but he likes unloaded/loading the cars. Plus its a toy in itself - since he can drive the truck.

DS' b-day is 4 days before Christmas and he's getting a kitchen as well.
On his list I have:
Kitchen supplies (food, pots, etc)
Matchbox cars (he's obsessed)
Puzzles
Art stuff
I'm kind of stumped too - I think he would like the Step 2 Rollercoaster but, I would like to wait until the spring. He also could use some more ride-on toys - he just has his Step 2 Buggy right now (which he loves).

DS will be 3 January 30th. He already has a kitchen, art desk, tricycle. Also, a family-member recently gave us their used train that he can sit on with tracks, so we'll see if it works once I get a new battery. Between the holidays and his birthday, I would love him to get:
-play doh sets
-puppet theater
-train table and a few of the specific trains he's been asking for
-leappad
-paints

we are probably going to get a sled and pad
we are signing him up for 2 programs at the pre-k, and soccer.
I also want to get him more cars/trucks. those have been big. maybe a race course of some kind.
I like the idea of the leappad but I hesitate b/c those toys have been the least used by him. the only one he likes in the fridge phonics. we have the vtech turtle, he has the globe etc...none of that he's interested in.
oh, we are also taking him to the Opera with his cousins to see Hansel and Gretel. (it's their annual holiday production geared towards kids)  I can't wait.
other than that, his birthday was last week and he got a nice amount of stuff...plus the stuff he's gathered in 2 years of his life. he doesn't need a lot.
oh yeah, I am also going to get him one of these most likely.

I'm not going too crazy with Christmas. The kids get so much from family members and my older son's birthday is 6 weeks after Christmas.
This is what I plan on gettng so far:
Kitchen with food
Shopping cart
Thomas the train stuff
Some new books and puzzles
I'm not sure what else, but I don't buy him a ton.
Those seem to be all things that you already have! But 2 things that my son is playing with a lot are his magnetic letters with chalkboard (Melissa and Doug) and he has Melissa & Doug wooden letter blocks. They are simple toys but he loves them. He's fascinated with letters for some reason.

Ride on non powered tractor with trailer

Hot wheels case (just saw a cool one that holds tracks too and has a launcher on top!)
Hot wheels track set
I like to make some handmade gifts too so I plan to make a pony on a stick, crocheted play food and a beanbag game.
I've been grabbing things as I see and think of them. DH and I will go out and pick some stuff, he likes to pick things. And some of the list will be suggestions for family.

DS just got a ton of stuff for his birthday, so Christmas is going to be more of a "what can he use this spring/summer" kind of list.
A basketball hoop to grow with
Some kind of ride on toy (ages 3+) that he can grow into
Matchbox cars and carrying case
ANYTHING train related (Thomas, Chuggington, etc. for the wooden tracks)
FYI - for those of you looking for great FOOD for all those kitchens I see listed, you HAVE to go to Costco. I found a box of breakfast, lunch and dinner foods for $19.99 (next to the toy tea sets and other girly items, but make no mistake, it's for boys too!) The quality of the toy food is amazing and they're nice life-sized pieces of food. My MIL thought one of them was real. Also IKEA has a great mini pots and pans set for under $10 in their toy section!!!!!!! You'll need nothing else for the play kitchen, I promise!
ETA: Here's what the lunch basket looked like in the set I got from Costco. Amazon has it for $15 for just the lunch. I got all three meals for $19.....

Ds will only be 20 months but our list has changed so many times already.. lately he's fascinated with trains so thinking maybe a train table. Also some kind of ride on toy.. hmmmm have to visit toys r us soon..
