Which is confusing b/c pretty much NO ONE receives ALL seven sacraments... and actually, you should recive 3 sacraments before confirmation: baptism, reconciliation, and holy communion...
Actually, you could, possible, receive all seven. There have been instances where widowers have gone on to become priests. In that case, when they receive the Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick (used to be Last Rites/Extreme Unction), they would have received all seven Sacraments.

Hence why I said "pretty much no one receives all seven" instead of "no one receives all seven." My parents were married by a priest who later left the priesthood and got married. If he receives the annointing of the sick and last rites, he could receive all seven. Unfortunately, annointing of the sick is also a sacrament that is rarely received.
