When, if ever, did you bring someone besides DH to a sono?

we always video tape our sonos so we can play them for family- i feel funny going with my parents but i know they want to hear and see the sono

My mom came with me to a sono with DC #2. DH couldn't come, so I invited her.
My mother was amazed, because they didn't do sono's when she had us. She was very grateful to be a part of it.
ETA It was probably about 16 or 20 weeks.

Noone ever asked me if they could come. I did bring my grandma to an appointment, but I did not have a sono they just used tohe doppler. She was so excited to hear the heartbeat. In her words: "They did not have this kind of technology back in her day"
