We have a changing table in our bedroom. Right now it's another place to throw clothes.
We change DS on the bed or floor. I keep an extra box of wipes and diapers in the living room.

When we are downstairs, I change him on the PNP Changer and when upstairs it's either my bed or his changing table.

DS is 8 months and I either change him on my bed...but he is really squirmy and really fights me when I do it there or on the changing table in his room. I can still restrain him a bit on the changing table so that's my prefererred place.

Diaper changing table... Logan is a tank and it's too much on my back and neck to kneel over him on the floor or a bed.

DD is 7 months and we still use the changing station on the PNP. We've had a changing table in her room since birth but I think we used it once. I know she's getting too big for the PNP changing table and we need to use the other one....but I am so used to changing her vertically now I don't know if I can do it when she lays horizontally! lol. It seems so awkward!

Floor most of the time
Bed if its handy
Sofa if its handy
We used a waterproof cotton pad as a changing table cover type thing no what surface we were using. Otherwise everything and anything was fair game.
I never ever used a PNP or changing table. Both were a waste in my mind.

On the bed, but that usually ends with a half naked baby crawling all over and me getting mooned.
Or the sofa with me holding him down or trying, usually unsuccessfully, to distract him with something so he won't turn over or go over the side.
Mostly the bed. I have a bad back so the floor isn't so great for me. But I foresee using the floor soon since he's just all over the place.

As a newborn:
-on the PnP or coffee table while I sat on the sofa while downstairs
-and on the changing table upstairs
As a toddler:
-on the floor downstairs
-on the changing table upstairs

I always change DS on the changing pad thats on his dresser. If we're on another floor of the house and it's a pee diaper I'll just change it on the floor - if it's a poo diaper we go to his room.

Always their changing tables. Even though DD#1 is potty trained, I still get her dressed on her changing table.
