I had mine pierced as a baby then I got a second hole as a teen(multiple piercings was so in at that time, lol). Didn't take care of them like I should and learned the hard way what happens when you don't. Even with that experience I am waiting for my girls to request earrings whenever that may be.

If the babies a girl I will do it as soon as the Dr. can. My Dr. did mine when I was 6 months. I obviously don't remember. I think it's to traumatic for a child.

Crashing but MIL and I just had a "discussion" about this today. She wanted to know if I was doing 4 week old DD's soon and I said not until her communion. Obviously not on the same page

If I have a little girl I will probably do it before her Christening (if possible). It might be too early though so ideally at 5 or 6 months.

If I have a girl I want to do it as early as possible. I had mine done when I was a few months old and don't see why I wouldn't do it if I have a girl as well.

I had mine done around 6 months at the Dr. office.. if I have a  I will be doing it around then too. I think its cute
