if he is wkng his primary job then he works 24hr shifts which vary wk to wk....if he is wkng his second job then he could be hm at 430ish but some days he will wk the 2nd job come hm at 430 take a shower only to have to go to his primary job at 630 until 630 the next night those days are the worst....thoe are the days i feel like a single parent

Im very lucky in that my hubby works 9-5. His office is only about 30 minutes from home so he is only gone from 8.30am til 5.30 or 6 pm.... I know its a great schedule for me so I am thankful....

My husband is home by 4:45 ....And I do feel lucky for that.
Same here! It used to be closer to 6:30-7 ish which was very hard since my kids get up so early and the days are very long.
Now my DH gets up at 4:30 and goes to the gym and then is in the office by 7:30 or so, so he leaves by 4:15.

DH hardly ever gets home before DS goes to bed. His schedule varies as the week goes on. Mondays he leaves about 5:30am and gets home about 9-10pm and it gets later as the week goes on.

DH usually gets home between 4:30-5...unless he has OT and then who knows.

DH leaves and comes home 3 weeks later, but then he is home on vacation for about 2 weeks. Has its pluses and minuses

Dh gets home at 915 AM!!! He works over nights in nyc... he leaves at 9 pm, gets home at 915 am and sleeps from 11am-8pm....
yes the days seam so long.... as do the nights for me... i am dreading january when i have a second baby to take care of with all those endless night feeding...

Wow I have to make sure DH never sees this thread  . I complain that he gets home late......at 5:45. 
Plus he doesnt leave until close to 8AM.
I guess I am pretty lucky.

Mine gets home after 9 so I must admit it does make it especially hard because you don't have an extra pair of hands at the end of the day for bedtime routine and preparing dinner etc. But it is what it is and I get to stay home full time. I do have him in the morning until 11am though but it's def not always easy. You just make it work.

My Dh ussually leaves in the morning at 7:45am and usually gets home 9:30 pm.
On weekends he gets home by 7pm. He has 1-2 days off a month

DH leaves the house at 5am and is home by 5pm most days. Sometimes he works OT and doesn't get home until 8pm pr even later. He also works most Saturdays.

Dh leaves for work at 8:30.
Comes home for lunch for about a half hour.
Gets home for the day at 6:30

It depends. Sometimes 4pm - Or sometimes 8pm. But he is always on the phone with some problem or other - Sometimes all night.
I'm amazed at how he still manages to put us first.

my DH works from 7-7 BUT he doesn't get home till after 8 because we live in Suffolk and he works in Nassau.
I really can't complain because he only works 14 days a month (when he doesn't have to go to court).

On a typical day DH leaves the house at 6:10am and doesn't get home until 7:30pm.
