Someone I used to work with did this ALL THE TIME, but made it worse - he'd make "of" past tense, so it would be "should ofed (or oved?)."


That drives me nuts too...I have a coworker who writes/says "should of" and it always bothers me

"Supposably" is another one that bothers me.

the misuse of the word myriad.

It should be "myriad choices", not "a myriad of choices"

DH says supposIVEly ... OMG it drives me nuts, but the worst is "enough of" do you have enough of gas, enough of money .... he got it from my MIL and as much as I correct him, he'll never lose it.
