Would love a mint cookie recipe

I keep seeing things like Mint Choc. Shortbread on everyone's lists.

I want to branch out this year....I'm not looking for anything specific other than tasy

Could someone share a good mint cookie recipe?

I make these every year. I use a half of an Andes andy for each cookie. They come out awesome. Almost like a chewy thin mint from girl scouts.
