Would you let your DH go on a 1 day trip when you are 38 weeks pregnant?
I had posted a few weeks ago about DH's dilemma about going abroad for 10 days when I was 37 weeks pregnant. He did not go.
Now he wants to go to Vegas next week for 1 day to meet with a company that he can work with in the future.
Would you let your DH go for 1 day when you are 38 weeks pregnant?
I've heard some stories about super short labor for the second child. We knew he couldn't get back if the flight was 10+ hours in another country. However, Vegas is only 5 hours away by flight.

Yes I would.. If anything did happen, no where better than Vegas being there are a million flights at all times arriving & departing.

I would/am. My husband is traveling all over the continental U.S for interviews from now until 2 months after my due date. It is what it is, not ideal, but he can get home from Vegas need be and it's only for one day.

I wouldn't "want" him to go, but if it was important and not easily put off until after the baby was born, then I'd deal with it.

I delivered DC #2 at 38 weeks so I definitely would not want him to go.

Nope! Even though I have never delivered before 39 weeks my second labor was only 3 hours long from first cramp til she was in my arms.
