ww food log 2011
ok so i saw a post from 09 for food log and thought it would be helpful for us ww ladies. log what you eat each day, all day and we'll share how much we lost at the end of the week. anyone in? ill start. just joined yesterday. ill start logging today. correct me if im wrong with points plus values also .
breakfast: special k bar 2 pts banana- 0 pts
lunch: one thin crust lg slice pizza with spinach broccoli mushrooms and onions diet coke 7 pts
snack: dd lg iced coffee with skim milk and sweet and low 0.5 pts ww brownie 2 pts
dinner: 2 pieces grilled chicken breasts (no skin no bone)- 6 pts with broccoli rabe- boiled with little olive oil - 1 pt
snack: ww candy bar ice cream pop 3 pts

Saturday:
Breakfast: 2 egg whites and 5 pieces of turkey bacon 6 points
Snack: Reeses valentine's heart 5 points. Total impluse at CVS, I blame it on the PMS
Lunch: WW Rye thin, 1 slice of turkey and 1 slice of WW swiss cheese diet coke 5 points
Snack: 1 cup of grapes and carrots 0 points 13 Wheat Thins Fiber selects(3points) and 1 wedge of LC lite swiss(1 point)
Dinner: WW Smart One Chicken Santa Fe 3 points
Dessert: WW Smart One Cookie Dough Sundae 4 points
I thought the Reese's at 12 pm was going to blow my day, but I still had points, hence the sundae

Breakfast. 2 tablespoons of ww cream cheese on whole wheat toast with sugar free jam. Coffee and fruit.
Lunch sesame chicken lean cuisine with unsweetened rasp ice tea.
Snack. Laughing cow wedge on an English muffin
Dinner. Sensible portion of ravioilis with water
Dessert. Skinny cow ice cream sandwich Glass of red wine.

Whole wheat toast ww cream cheese and strawberry sugar free jelly again lol Coffee w ff French vanilla creamer Half banana
Snack. Vitatop brownie with coffee
Lunch. Pasta with sauce
Snack. Healthy choice chicken whole wheat noodle soup added five shrimp
Dinner will be a lean cuisine
Dessert sugar free choc pudding

Here is mine . .not the healthiest for today
breakfast - bagelthin with butter - 4 pts. apple 0 pts
Lunch 2 clementines 0 pts veggie frittata (i am budgeting 6 points for this but I am not sure how many)
mid afternoon snack 1 cup of chicken and broccoli - 4 1 chicken wing - 6
Dinner - smart one cheeseburger slider - 5 salad - 0 reeses peanut butter cup - 3 (I didn't even realize I ate it until after it was gone :( )

Okay so I joined myfitnesspal.com
IT is fantastic. I have already logged my food choices for the day to check the calories. In order for me to lose 10 pounds in Ten weeks I have to keep my Calorie intake at 1350 a week...ouch. And work out 3 days a week for an hour. NOT BAD
So Here is my food log for
Monday
Breakfast Coffee with 3 tablespoons of ff french vanilla coffeemate Whole grain english muffin with weight watcher cream cheese I woke up early so I had a snack already. A vitatop double chocolate and water
Lunch will be Fat free refried beans with chucky salsa and skim mozz melted on top with some mild taco bell seasoning. Water
Snack Banana with an apple ( So I dont get constipated LOL ) Water
DInner Salmon baked with Garlic on top 2 cups of mixed Vegies Maybe some brown rice. Water
Skinny cow Ice cream sandwich Water
I still have a few calories left over...I could have a sugar free 90 cal pudding if I wanted.

Hungry girl is awesome. Has several cookbooks and a show on the cooking channel. Take the nutrition value for one wedge, double it, and put those values in the points calculator......should only be one point....

Breakfast- 3 egg whites with veggies in them, grapefruit= 1 PT
Snack- 90 cal fiber bar= 2 PT
Lunch- WW veggie soup and a turkey sandwhich with mustard on lite whole wheat= 3 PT
Snack- light yogurt, banana= 2 PT
Snack again- raisin oatmeal=4 PT
Dinner- kashi cereal with low fat milk= 6 PT and hand full of fries= 3 PT... didnt end up eating what was planned
Snack= apple with peanut butter and celery with hummus= 6 PT
Dam I eat alot, I work as a preschool teacher and they are always eating and we have to sit down and eat with them so I snack alot,lol.

What is a vitatop muffin and where do you get them?
Vitatop brownies or muffins/muffin top can be found at stop n shop, target or vitalicious.com
I love the corn or deep chocolate. Target has a great selection and I got them on sale Saturday.
I highly recommend them, since they are very filling and go well with a cup of coffee.

Today is a busy day
Tuesday
Breakfast Coffee 3 tbsp of ff coffee mate whole grain english muffin 2tbls of ww cream chees 2 tbsp of low sugar strawberry jam
Snack about 10 veggie straws
Lunch Coffee with a vitatop brownie ( Pmsing ) lol
Snack- Apple
Dinner Low fat whole wheat raviolis with vodka sauce and a salad
Dessert...skinny cow.

Lunch- turkey with mustard sandwhich, salad and some grapes- 3 PTs
Snack- orange and pretzels- 3 PTs
Snack- oatmeal- 4 PTs
Dinner- open faced tacos (2)- 12 PTs
Snack- banana and PB- 5 PTs
