Food Log 09- Come on in
Ok ladies, time to log in your eats. I find this and logging in my workouts to be so helpful. I'll start
Today, 1/5
Breakfast: Greek yogurt mixed w/ blueberries and raspberries
Lunch: salad w/ grilled chix, walnuts, chic peas and apple
snack: Pure Protein bar
dinner: chicken and peppers w/ black beans
night snack: no sugar added swiss miss hot chocolate

Lunch bagel with cream cheese 1 cup of chicken florentine soup
Dinner Honey BBq chicken wing (5 pieces, Kfc) 1 cup of chicken noodle.
Snack- I'm still deciding what i want.

I'll start, but I never really keep going with this.
breakfast: 1/2 c (uncooked) regular oatmeal
snack: low-fat yogurt
Lunch: 4 oz turkey meat loaf 1 bag steamed veggies - couliflour, sugar snap peas, carrotts
snack: apple
Dinner: 4 oz chicken cutlet white beans with spinich and yellow carrots.
snack: 1 oz goldfish pretzles

1 Fiber one bar 1 no fat greek yogurt with splenda
Lunch 3 oz grilled chicken over salad made with lettuce, broccoli, cucumber, red onion and chickpeas. Kens Fat free italian dressing 1/2 cup split pea soup
Snack Apple
Dinner WW shrimp stir fry recipe w/ brown rice salad w/ balsamic vinegar
Snack 1 sugar free fudgesicle

I'm starting today 1/6/09
breakfast small portion of homemade oatmeal (too small, I gave too much to dh ) made with raisins, pure maple and cinnamon
handful of craisins
coffee!
lunch honey turkey and muenster cheese on whole wheat toast with mustard, lettuce & tomatoes
fresca
a couple of Sun chips
snack: a few bites of a snickers bar.

Snack 1 Rice Pudding
Lunch (planned) Lean Cuisine Turkey with veggies
Snack 2 (planned) Apples w/peanut butter
Dinner (planned) Homemade Chicken Noodle soup Large Green Salad Warm, crusty Italian bread
Edited to delete planned dessert and INSERT unplanned 3rd snack before dinner (7 pretzels!)

No protein shake- Cause I was running late
Breakfast- Oatmeal and coffee
Snack- WW toast with a tsp of Strawberry jelly
Lunch- Salad w/ckn FF dressing (planned)
snack- Granola bar or trail mix
Dinner- Steamed Ckn/broccoli
Snack- None or a protein shake before bed.
-ETA: Always WATER all day long.

Lunch: 1/2 chicken and mozz sandwich from Pret, 1/2 bag of chips, small brownie, Coke
Dinner: 1/2 bagel w/ honey maple turkey and slice of american cheese; small bag of Doritos; seltzer
Dessert: 2 Lindt truffles

lunch: full can of progresso light vegetable soup 2 pts 1 oz stacey's parmesan garlic pita chips 3 pts 2 tbsp bruchetta 1 pt =6 pts
snack: ww choc caramel minibar 1 pt =1 pt
dinner: green cactus tostada chicken salad

Dinner Proportion Cafe Quiche Lorraine Side Salad with fat free dressing

Lunch tossed salad with broccoli, chick peas, cucumber, grilled sqash, eggplant, and 1oz goat cheese 1 tsp olive oil + Kens FF italian dressing apple
Snack 1 Starbucks grande non fat cappucino
Dinner 3/4 cup ww pasta w diced tomatoes, 2oz shrimp, 1 tsp olive oil and 2 tsp parmesan cheese

italian style cut up chicken in a poma rosa lowfat sauce.
Snack- undecided
Water all day long.
