WW Points Plus for Men
DH really wants to 'follow' ww's points system, but does not want to go to weight watchers. I know there are a bunch of us females that fall into the 29pts+ allowance. What is the average for men? Anyone's DH, FH, BF or SO follow ww pts+? and how many points are they eating?

Re: WW Points Plus for Men
I think the plan would be very difficult for hiim to follow without joining because even if he figures out how many points he gets NOW once he starts losing he'll get less points.
When my DH did it he got the max (72 points). He's 360lbs, about 6 feet, 27 years old.
However, I think the range for men is probably just as large as it is for women. Maybe he can join online?

Re: WW Points Plus for Men
My DH just joined online. He is down to 45 points a day. It had changed for him once already. I'd recommend joining online. Its $55 for 3 months
