WWYD - Etsy related
I recently ordered my Mommy necklace on etsy for Mother's Day  I just received it in the mail and it's beautiful!! However, there are slight scratches on two of the discs. I can see how the necklace, after some wear, would start to scratch (since the discs lay on top of each other) but this item is BRAND new. I am not one to complain but this item wasn't cheap and I'm debating whether or not I should email the seller.

I noticed a scratch on one of my discs also but since it's hidden I am not going to do anything about it. Can your scratchs be seen?

There are scratches that cannot be seen, but there are visible scratches on the side that CAN be seen

just say
"I love the necklace but I noticed that there were many scratches that can be seen easily. Please let me know how you can rectify the situation"
