WWYD: Etsy vendor will not refund me
I bought a first birthday outfit for DD and 3 weeks later the order hadn't even shipped so i cancelled. On the 26th she said she would issue a refund, i have asked her every couple of days about it and i haven't heard from her in 4 days, she just keeps saying "I will check on it". My credit card company has no record of a pending refund at all. 3 weeks since i cancelled,i still don't have my money back, i NEED it back. What do i do now?

if you were charged for it, then you can dispute it with the cc company. they will ask you for info; they will also contact the seller. if its amex, they are usually good about crediting you back w/o having contacting the seller first.
thats unacceptable that she hasnt shipped it yet or given a refund.

They will cancel the charge and they will investigate it. You will get a credit on your next statement and a notice saying that while they are investigating your inquiry, you will not be charged for the item, or any interest on it.

First, I would tell her that you are going to report her to etsy and maybe that will get her gears moving
Then, I would call the credit card company to dispute it (if she does not immediately refund)
