My husband and i picked out and ordered tile on friday from one of the tile stores and got our contractors 30% off price for it.
However i just found it online with shipping and all for $1200 less. Same tile.
Would you cancel the order at the store and order it online? (buymytile.com)

If you can still cancel the order, definitely. I would just make sure it is the exact same tile before ordering it online.

Without a doubt. When we were doing our kitchen/bath renovations I always checked online prices after pricing out in store---even with the "contractor's discount" I was usually able to save $$ by shopping online.

Also before you cancel, maybe call the tile store and tell them you've found it elsewhere for less and see if they'll match (or at the least come much closer!). Something like that I'd rather buy local in case there are any issues. But if they cant come closer on price then definitely cancel. Thats a huge amount of money!
