WWYD? Worth my time?
Back in April I bought a comforter at Pottery Barn. Because the room needed to be repainted, etc. I didn't put it on the bed till June.
So now about 3.5 months later, it has a ton of small tears and holes. It's sewn/gathered in various spots and that's where it's ripping. After I bought the quilt I noticed multiple negative reviews on the site, but I didn't want to return it and decided to be very gentle when making the bed, etc. But that didn't help.
So...is it worth my time to complain? I am fairly thrifty and it was a lot of money for me to spend on a quilt that's got so many holes in it already.

Absolutely! They should stand behind their products that are NOT cheap!

Yes! Worth your time just means starting with an email to them. I've had an issue once or twice with PB Kids items and they made good on them.
