i can't help much, the pain i had when my cyst ruptured was insane and i went to the hospital. i ended up being pg after iui and never had bleeding.


i'd call the dr.

I'm just waiting for the on-call doc to call back. The reason I'm being so passive about it is because I know the pain is supposed to be excruiating and it's not. Although it does seem to have gone away for about 10 minutes and now it's back a little stronger.

I had a few ruptures and they were equal to the pain of labor. I did not have any bleeding, though. It was just God-awful pain that lasted for a full day, with residual pain for a few days afterwards.

I'd definitely call the doc if I were you.

she called back...doesn't think I need to do anything right now but if pain gets to the intolerable level to go to the ER. Otherwise call the office in the morning.

Oh, and she mentioned that I could be pregnant. until I told her that I just had the sono on Monday and wasn't pregnant a week ago...lol.

Oh they used to happen all the time to me. Landed me in the hospital many times where the only thing they could do was give me pain meds. Dr. is going to tell you to go in and thats what they are gong to do and charge you lots of $$. If it is managable, I personally would hold off- JMHO. Just be sure to rule out any other things when you do go to the dr...I had endrometriosis that was chalked up to another round of bursting cysts for about a year before they looked into it further. GL...hope you feel better soon.

I've had a few rupture and the pain was so excruciating I've gone several times to the ER. The only thing they could do for me was give me pain medication. I've never had bleeding with any of them though....

the bleeding part is pretty normal for me and I've been through a bunch of tests lately to see if they can pinpoint what the heck is going on with me...still no answers though.

The pain is a little worse now but bearable still. It feels almost like gassy/bloated and a tinge of nausea...very similar to being pregnant but I'm definately not. I'm hoping it doesn't get worse overnight.
