When I first moved here I saw a CF in a kitchen and I said to myself how different... So if they can put a fan in the kitchen why not in a MB...

Big fat NAY! They are aesthetically vile and I won't allow them in my home. My DH and I have had this argument many times, he'd love one in our bedroom, but he'd have to divorce me to get one.

"aesthetically vile" lmao! I do have to admit when I sleep in the summer w the fan on, it does feel good. I really wanted a chandelier for the bedroom but DH like, "Its our bedroom, not a dining room!"

i dont agree with this, there are some that are really beautiful. It took me weeks to find one I LOVED but beautiful ceiling fans/fixtures do exist!!  Image Attachment(s):

I would definitely recommend a fan for your bedroom. Think of all those nights in the late spring/summer that really aren't warm enough for the AC....the fan works wonders!

we have it in the masterbedroom as well. its great during the hot summer months.

We have them in our bedrooms and in the den and kitchen. Sometimes its warm, but not warm enough to turn on the central air, so we use the fans.

We've got a fan in our room, I like it- especially when it's not hot enough to turn on our AC.
