what do you thinkn about this situation
I met with a rep from a local school district during the career fair two weeks ago. It is one of the "interviews" I left feeling great about. They called my house on Friday to tell me that although they had my resume in hand as we spoke, I had to go to OLAS to apply. I thanked her for calling and said I would do so immeadiately. I applied online this weekend and called yesterday to let her know that my application was complete.
Do you think this is a good sign or am I reading too much into a simple phone call? I would love to work in this district and I am so on edge about getting a position next year.
Sorry so long, thanks and any advice would be appreciated.

I think it is definitely a good sign. If they werent interested I doubt she would have bothered calling at all.

It's a good sign.
I know my district now has a policy that all applications must be on-line. Maybe they have the same and it's just a formality.
