Job Interviews
Well it's that time again where I panic and get ready for possible job interviews (I hope I'll get one this year)
What kind of things are public schools looking for. All I know is some are big on balanced literacy. Any help would be appreciated!
I'm scared because I might be out of a job and really need to get one this September.

not sure what grade level you are but they will ask:
balanced literacy
guided reading
how do you differentiate instruction?/ how do you reach all learnerss?
how would you deal with a difficult child/parent?
how will you work and collaborate with others: special educators, for one....
how will you prepare students for state testing?
your take on testing...
there will be more, but that's the major ones, i think...
