Sinus headache sufferers..

Does anyone else suffer from SEVERE sinus headaches?

I have been suffering every single day for 3 weeks now. I am not sick..I think its allergies.

Before I go to the doctor, I was wondering what allergy medication you guys take?

I dont sneeze, my eyes are fine..its all my head and nose with tons of pressure..even in my teeth.

Was wondering if anyone took meds for that? Either otc or prescribed. TIA

I have the same issues and take Claritin-D which is antihistamine plus decongestant. I tend to get sinus headaches, too if I take the wrong allergy meds that dry me out but don't decongest.

For the sinus symptoms, Sudafed non-drying sinus PE always works really well for me. A lot of people have luck with Mucinex. Look for meds with expectorants plus decongestants and drink a lot of water.

If you are still feeling sick, it may not be a bad idea to go to the dr, too.

Mucinex is the only thing that breaks up the mucus in my sinuses and helps the pressure.
