Did it ever correct itself or is it something that you are stuck with for the rest of your life?

I was diagnosed with hyoglycemia and they think this is the cause. I also just feel like crap a lot of the time in general.

Well, I can only speak for myself. I was really pushing myself - more than a human should, and started to gain a lot of weight. I mean a lot - only thing is - I was a fitness instructor, and not eating a lot, which was what made it weird. Whatever I was eating was very dense, sweet, carby things - which is what you crave when going through adrenal fatigue.

I stopped teaching classes, and actually working out all together for almost a year, and ate healthier. I was lucky that I got better. Its not forever - your adrenal gland needs to restore itself - it takes time - but now is the time to rest whenever you can and eat very healthy!!! I had it 5 years ago and am fine now!!! It took about a year for me....
