I put "other" because I used to do it and don't anymore.
I used to think MANY years ago that I was doing a good thing to warn someone about cops. Like we were all in against the bad cops. Thanks to my dad for his hate of cops! He was doing it so I did it.
But now I don't do it anymore. I realized that cops stop people for a reason. Speeding, agressive driving, etc.... I think the "luck" is in your hands when you drive and how you chose to drive.

Nope. If someone is driving dangerously, I want them to get pulled over. The roads are dangerous enough as it is.

i don't do it, I never knew what it was. the first time I ever saw this was in Maui, there are cops everywhere. dh and I were like, why is everyone highbeaming, then we would see a cop. after the third time, we were like, oh now we get it

I used to do it, but don't anymore. Most of the time I can't react fast enough. But its a pretty common practice here in VA.
