dangeous chicken?
ok, last night i made chicken cutlets. first i fried them for a little and then i stuck them in the toaster oven for about 35 min on 350. they were thick, so at the end of the 35 min, i cut one open and saw that it was cooked all the way through.
then, we wound up going to my moms house. left the chicken in the toaster oven (turned off), until we came home a few hours later.
so, around 1130 last night, when we got back home, i threw the chicken into a pyrex and tossed it in the fridge.
should i toss it in the garbage, or can i heat it up for dinner tonight?

Ehh, if it was ME, I'd just toss it in the fridge to use tonight.

Re: dangeous chicken?
noooooooooooooooooo way would I eat it...especially chicken. Food that is warm and left out-bacteria multiplies even more rapidly. It is a myth food is soppose to cool down b4 going in the fridge. You also have to take the heat of the house into consideration/ I had such bad food poisoning once I prayed for death. When in doubt throw it out!

Eh. I'd eat it. I'm sure your immune system is strong enough to handle what tiny bit of bacteria maybe there.
