Does your ped split the MMR?
I am currently looking for a new ped that is willing to split the MMR.
Does yours? Who is it? Are you happy with the practice
Our current ped will not and told me that my son needed to have the shot by 24 months or he will no longer be our ped.

Mine does. I don't know if I will or not when the time comes but I know I have the option.

Yes. She splits and delays if there is a reason to do so (delay that is).
They are in Mineola. You can FM me if you want the info.
ETA: I love the practice. I had one small snafu with them a few months ago, which turned out to be a problem with their overnight answeing service. I told them the problem and they switched services (apparently I was not the only one who had a problem that weekend).
I am very happy with all the Drs there and I can get an emergency appointment usually the same day if need be.

My ped splits and delays....of course he recommends the normal schedule, but is very accomodating and understanding that we are the parents...we only give my son 2 shots at a time, and he is fine with that. I LOVE him! He is in West Islip.

Mine does, but says its on back order and in the last 6 months he only has one component. I love my pediatrician
