what works the best for a stuffy nose??
please I cannot breathe and nothing I do works

vicks vaporub works for me.
Put it under your nose and take a qtip and put some around the edge of your nostrils. It wont look pretty, but you'll breathe.

puffs tissues with vicks in them. OMG best invention everrrrrrrr
You will see an immediate difference.

Totally addicted to Otrivin Nasal Spray.
It's no longer sold in the US. We have it shipped from Canada. 
Let me tell ya...stuff works like a charm.

also, breathing in steam w/ 2 drops of eucalyptus oil helps.

thats what I have been doing but it is not working
Put vicks on the sole of your feet tonight before bed an cover with your socks...You would not believe how GREAT this works. Also try a neti pot or Robotussin. Feel Better

My Dr said not to use it because it makes your membranes swell after the initial effect of clearing your nose wears off and becomes a cycle of use. She said to use steam and saline nose spray.
