one more question about child support
is child support due through the childs 18th year or 21st year?

The age of majority is 21 in New York State. Which basically means that support automatically ceases upon the childs 21st birthday...
UNLESS....
There is a stimpulation stating that support should continue past the age of 21. In most cases the obligation to pay support is continued until the child graduates college...
