Healthy Eats 5/7
Breakfast: 1cup cheerios w/ff milk, handful of strawberries, coffee
Lunch: 2hardboiled eggs, ww 1pt. cheese stick, and an orange
Dinner: Chicken tenderloins w/crushed tomatos & ff shredded mozz, green beans & a salad on the side.

Breakfast:Light and fit yogurt Dannon and south beach protein bar
Snack: Dried Cranberries and a cheese stick
Lunch: half cup whole wheat pasta and 4 turkey meatballs
Going to take Total Body Conditioning Class tonight
Dinner: not sure.... Maybe some steam chicken dumplings from Trader Joes?

breakfast - 1 cup frosted shredded wheat cereal with 4 strawberries cut-up on top with 1% milk, tea
snack: tea
lunch: chicken and broccoli from the chinese restaurant nearby, tea, wonton soup and some of those dried noodles and duck sauce (the whole department went out together)
pm snack: about 10 baby carrots
dinner: pasta with sauce and a little ricotta cheese - I may stop for some meatballs at an italian restaurant too. DH hates just having pasta, so I may get him something to have with it ... if not meatballs, a rice ball, something.
