I have the empire plan. We had DHs semen analysis done at RMA NY (one of the centers of excellence). We had to go to the city office. You can also go to united health care's web site and register and get a full list of Urologist's that take the insurance. Its myuhc.com.
If you want the number to RMA let me know.

The first time my DH had an analysis done we went to sunrise labs and the next time after seeing the urologist we went to Stony Brook Hospital. Needless to say the Stony Brook Hospital analysis came back with more accuracy than sunrise labs.

if you are ready to see a fertility specialist then they will send your DH for one right away. most ferility clinics do it at their office. i go to li ivf and they do it there & they accept UHC
