BFing and lopsidedness
I have one side that produces much more milk than the other and it is obvious. I feellike the side that produces more is noticeably larger. Is there anything I can do to get the otherside to catch up? If not how do I handle the lopsidedness?

I've always had one side produce significantly more than the other although I haven't really noticed one being larger. You could try offering the breast that doesn't produce as much first in order to stimulate more milk production.

Agree with the pp. I have the same issue and it's noticable (but really only to me). Most people wont notice it. We notice it much more b/c we see them so often.

You can pump to reduce the lopsidedness. I did that when DC decided she didn't like my right side anymore.

Re: BFing and lopsidedness
DS is almost a year ( ) and I am completely lopsided! He definitely favors my left breast. I ALWAYS put him on the right side first to try to even them out but for whatever reason, it didn't work for me. I don't produce a lot when I pump so I never tried to do that but I guess it couldn't hurt for you to try
