Re: what helps your nausea???

When I had M/S, the only thing that helped was ice cold lemonade with crushed ice.

You can try preggie pops, ginger syrup, ginger ale, crackers

Also, eat before you even get out of bed-if I didn't eat, that was it for the day.

You can also try Sea Bands

Anything lemon worked for me... I bought sour lemon sucking candies and drank some lemonade...
I also ate saltines. Kept them by my bed and brought them every where w/ me.
Feel better!

A little bit Yogi Tea- Stomache Ease... only worked sometimes though... Sometimes a little icy lemon water. It seemed like ever time I found a cure it stopped working...

Forcing myself to eat, even if I don't feel like it. I find that I get very nauseous when I don't eat often.

Re: what helps your nausea???

In the beginning of my pregnancy the only thing that really helped was lemon italian ice. That was all I could really handle. Now, at the end my nausea is back and water seems to help.

I know this might sound gross but the only thing that helped me was drinking a little bit of pickle juice. As soon as I drank it I felt better right away..... Hey dont knock it till you try it. I hope you find somrthing out there that helps you though

Eat small little meals...do not let your stomach go empty. Pretzels and saltines were my best friends. I also would snack during the night when I got up to use the bathroom. Having something in my stomach at all times helped a lot. I also stayed away from smells/foods that would make it worse for me (i.e. could not stand the smell of meat cooking).Chat Icon

Totally me too! It was so hard but once I ate I felt better. Until I got hungry again of course!

I ate Marino's lemon ices too at night. Kept granola bars on my nightstand and ate one before getting out of bed in the AM. Ginger Ale during the day with some crackers. Oh...and wonton soup!Chat Icon I know it sucks but it will get better.

Nothing helped with my nausea. I had to wait until about 16-17 weeks before it went away.

Organic Fruit Lollipops. (I likes these b/c they have sour flavors).

Half Water/ Half Lemonade really cold w/ lots of ice.

Hot water w/ lemon.

Also making sure to eat when I get hungry. If I wait to long to eat if I am hungry I feel sick.
