Kraupners is evil
I had the intralipids delivered.
Yeah, they price gouged because apparently there is a shortage. Should have been $75 but was $125.
went to look at my bank account online and they charged me $125 AND $1,125!
I almost overdrew the account.
They said it could take a week to get the credit!
Sounded like this happens too frequently.

Let me know how the Intralipids go, I'll be starting them in the near future. WHo did you (and how) find to administer the IV? Did you wind up going through and agency?

i know Lisa had a big problem with them too.
i was lucky for the most part.. but lately i have been seeing horror stories about them.

That is crazy! Plus, I just got a letter from my insurance saying as of Feb 1st, they're no longer covered on the plan. I thought that was weird!

They overcharged me too, but only by $325. I would be fuming if I were you. Then they gave me the run around on the phone that week. I have heard Freedom is much better. Luckily, I didn't have to use them again.

You should call your insurance company (if they are covering ANY of it) and the BBB. Report them. That is insane.

OMG I hate them. They are so rude on the phone. I had to get my progesterone refilled. The girl kept telling me to call back in a half hour. I needed the refill that day. Finally after my 6th call I told her I was going to hold on until she processed my order. 45 minutes later she finally got it done. THEN - the guy shows up with only HALF the amount of progesterone that I was supposed to get AND she never charged my CC so I had to write him a check, which is a real pain for me because of the way we do our banking. Anyway, when I ran out early, because it was only half, I had a HUGE prob getting the other half with the same girl telling me to call back again and again. She finally helped me once I asked for her manager. I swear to g*d sometimes I want to go in there and smack that girl.

If you're having billing issues or custormer-service concerns, you should always ask to speak with one of the managers. They will always try to rectify any problems or concerns you have.

The letter about Kraupner's not participating in the plan in not accurate. The ins. company sent that letter out in error. They definitely still participate in the plain.

Are you from Kraupners? If so, you should really consider monitoring the phones for customer service issues. Not to mention, if you are only going to send someone half of what they are expecting, you should let them know.
