coming off bcp
I no longer have to take the pill anymore (closed the shop down  ) But about 2wks ago it was the end of the pack so I got my "thing" and now I'm no longer on it but I'm spotting and cramping feels like I'm getting it again. Does anyone know if it's normal to get it again?? Thanks

It can take up to 3 months for your cycle to get back to what it was before bcp. Your body might just be adjusting.
