when you start introducing more foods...
hi ladies. so when you started introducing eggs, yogurt, cheese, that phase, what did you feed the baby? like what was the daily "meal plan"
DH and i are adding new stuff to the menu for maddy and are wondering how you balance it out. suggestions?

Re: when you start introducing more foods...
with DD we started with "easy to chew" foods -- for ex: Breakfast - yogurt or scrambled egg or pancake Lunch: soup or grilled cheese or finely cut up turkey hot dog Dinner: pasta or chicken or turkey (all finely cut) and a veggie. And she always loved rice (and I love my dustbuster because she is a disaster eating rice!)
DD is 21 mo now, been totally off baby food since 10 months. She is a great eater now and I think its because she was offered such a variety all along.
We gave her milk with each meal and water in between. She is not a juice drinker
good luck!
