Bleeding in between Periods

I went to the bathroom and noticed blood in the toliet. When I wiped it was blood.

I looked at my calendar and my last period started 7/22 which is 18 days ago. I am for the most part very regular every 28 days.

I put a panty liner on just to monitor it.

I am not bleeding heavy but its definitely there.

I am now having cramps...I wasn't having cramps when I started bleeding.

Any ideas what is going on?

I can't be pregnant either....my DH was fixed over a year ago.

Maybe you have fibroids. I spot between periods all the time and that's the reason.

I made an appt for my gyno for tomorrow. We shall see!

I've had this for over a year. my gyn is convinced its uterine polyps that can bleed anytime. she wants me to have a d & c that i've been putting off forever because i'm petrified but now i've had enough so i'll go ahead.

Thanks. He ordered some blood work and I have to go next week he wants to do a sonogram and take a look.

i had a lot of issues when i was in my 20's with mid cycle bleeding and it was b/c i had cysts. so it can really be a lot of things. my mom deals with polyps too and has experienced this.

its a big pain in the arse...
