So I had my doctors appointment last week friday and I am officially cleard to ttc this month. I'm so nervous but excited too. thinking about using an OPK this time just in case... most months I just know when I'm ovulating, I'm super regular. But just in case the miscarriage threw things off I want to try it. Never used one... any advice?

I recommend the Clear Blue Easy Digital OPK (the one with the smiley face) I used it all 3 times I was trying and got pregnant all 3 times on the first shot. (I had 2 m/c)
Also, your cycle can change have a m/c. Mine went from 32 days with O on CD 20 to 28 days with O on CD14.

Good luck, I would use the opk. I did it and got pregnant right away. I mc in august, but is also cleared to try again and plan on using it. I also recommend the clearblue with the smiley face, they are easy to read.
