Weird AF experience

So I posted that this AF was the first after my mc last month, and I just realized something strange. Usually I have horrible cramps on the first day of my period, sometimes even into the second day. This cycle...none. No cramps at all. I'm on day three now. Anyone else experience anything like this? It's freaking me out a little. Should I be worried that something isn't right?

Of course now that I said this, I'll probably get really bad ones tomorrow

When I got my first (and second) AF after my m/c I had no cramps at all, which was also not like me.

AF also was different.. not as heavy, but lasting longer than it did before I had gotten pg. I called the doctor and he said that everything I was describing to him was completely normal because my body is still trying to adjust.
