Shortness of breath

Hi ladies! I'm 15 weeks pregnant with my twins and I'm noticing that I'm short of breath lately. I'm a teacher and I noticed that I find myself gasping for air while I'm teaching. I eat in between periods and drink lots of water. I've heard that this means the twins are pushing up against my lungs. Has anyone else experienced the same thing? What did you do about it? Thanks!

Congrats on the Twins. Yes, it is very normal and I had it throughout my whole pregnancy with my girls.

Re: Shortness of breath

Congrats on the twins! I have it all the time, I thought something was wrong with me. I would change DD and feel like I needed to sit down to rest. I am sure it will only get worse considering I am 17 weeks!
