I just rejoined AGAIN. I have been doing WW off and on for the past 11 years. I joined online because I dont have the $$ to go to meetings. I have a lot of weight to lose and I hope I have the motivation to do it this time.
I started tracking on Thursday of last week but started officially measuring my food yesterday.

Just re-joined. Not even sure how many times this makes... 3 or 4 now. And of course its all different. But I'm so motivated this time!!
general question .....do you find that the points plus makes weight loss slower then the old plan?

Joined online today. Got a painful realization that a lot of the food I eat is lots of points. Day 1 and I went over. Cutting out some things till I can go shopping for healthier versions.

I'm a lifetime member at goal. When I first switched to the new plan I lost 5.4 lbs the first week.
At meetings, I hear alot of people losing 2-3lbs...sometimes even more. I don't think its any slower in terms of weight loss. Some people seem to. It varies person to person.

Gonna cut thos eout hopefully of this week and aim for a similair number...

Awesome! DH and I decided we will stay OP (on points) all week and splurge one day on the weekend and thats it. He is not doing WW but trying to lose as well. I did find though this past week, we had our splurge day on Saturday and only used a couple of my Extra points.
