He was admitted to the ICU Monday night and is not doing well.

Mom just called to say they are inserting a chest tube, we have to see if he is stable enough to be moved to another medical facility

Dad is stillin ICU, last Monday he choked on a piece of meat and had to have it surgically removed, as a result he developed a severe case of aspiration pneumonia. He is also asthmatic and as a result of all this, is on a ventilator, feeding tube, heavily sedated and full of fluid.

Thanks everyone Dad had to be moved to a trauma center to better treat him. He has a laundry list of things wrong with him, we are taking it one day at a time. Main concern at the moment is that he is not waking up from the sedation so we are waiting for the cat scan results to see if there is anyfurther damage
