New weight watchers
Can someone explain it to me, what you get, what you do etc...I have 6 weeks left till I have this baby and I want to get the stuff so I can start right away...

haha...this is how I am to MIchelle...except its almost 3 weeks since having Kyle, and I have no started in the least...haha...in time I guess!

Are you signing up online or going to meetings? You get a certain amount of points a day and each food is a certain amount of points. You can calculate it by fat, carbs protein and fiber, or look it upon the website. Get a scale for yourself and food.

I have a scale etc, how do i get one of those handheld calculators, im afraid if i going here they wont let me sign up since im still preggers...

No, you won't be able to join while you're pregnant. But you can join as soon as you give birth  Once you go to a meeting or sign up online, you'll get all of the program information including your daily PP target and tools to figure out PP values for foods.
