Re: shoulder pain.....??
Orthopedist. It could be a torn/damaged rotator cuff, or "frozen shoulder". That's what I had in my left shoulder, and I think it's happening in my right as well.

Re: shoulder pain.....??
I would definitely go to an orthopedist, preferably one that specializes in shoulders. I have had shoulder pain for a long time caused by arthritis in my shoulder. Shoulder pain can be caused by many different things.

Re: shoulder pain.....??
I have tendonitis in both of my shoulders! I have been to physical therapy and I have had cortizone injections. See an Orthopedist.

I had scar tissue, and needed surgery to remove it. Neither me nor the doctors were sure what might have caused the scar tissue. I never had a traumatic injury to the shoulder.

I'm starting to have pain in my other shoulder, so I'm being proactive and stretching it and exercising to hopefully avoid needing surgery.

Re: shoulder pain.....??
If you go to an orthopedic, Dr Philip Schrank in Setauket is awesome and specializes in shoulders:) He did my shoulder surgery a few years ago and my brother's last year.
