Anxiety help/meds
I get mild anxiety at night sometimes... it comes and goes. Sometimes when its at its worst, it affects my digestion (no need for TMI). Any natural remedies or techniques for this? Thanks.

You could try yoga. Not only will it help you with your anxiety, but there are actually poses that can help with digestion too. If you don't want to or can't get to a yoga studio, Sara Ivanhoe has tons of great yoga DVDs.
