Moms who use Zantac on their LO's

How do you space out the dosage?

I know it's supposed to be 3 times a day but do you do every 8 hours or space it out differently?

I don't want to have to wake her up to take it.

When my DD was on it, I did it at 7am when she woke up, around 1:00 and then at 7pm before she went to bed.

I'd call your ped/gi doc and ask. Medicines really should be spaced out according to directions, just like you said 3 x day = every 8 hours. It's def harder when they are little and you def don't want to wake them. Ask your doc what he/she recommends just so the med has the best chance of helping your DD.

We only had it 2 x day so it was easy. We did 7 am and 7 pm.

Mine is 2x a day. I do it with DS's first bottle, usually around 7:30 or 8am. Then before is last bottle around 7:30pm
