How do you make your resume stand out?

I am redoing mine and made it sort of like a newsletter but I am nervous school districts will think its weird, I just feel like when you post the online I I so hard to make them stand out.

Re: Resumes

One thing you can do when emailing a resume is to save it in Rich Text Format. This way, when you attach it, the formatting will be preserved.

I'm not sure about the newsletter format- I'd worry you're correct and districts might think it's too out there. But it might be worth a try, to send out a few in that format and see what kind of response you get.

What is the difference between Rich Text Format or as a Word document?
