reflux and sleeping
those with severe reflux, how and where does your baby sleep?
my baby is 2 months old and has been sleeping in their car seat - i hate it.
i need a place to put them.
i can't find a wedge that's high enough. tried the towels and even elevated the bed.
any other tips or advice? they nap in the swing but i'd like to get them to nap in a bed.

My friend used to put the bouncer in the crib.
My DS slept in his swing until he was 7 months old, it worked for all of us at the time and the Ped said it was fine.

My twins nap in their car seats (in the car seat swing frame) and sleep in an elevated pack and play or in their cribs with towels under the mattress.

my DDs either slept in their swing or car seat. Then once their reflux was corrected with meds, they were more relaxed at night and moved to their cribs with nothing under neath

DS slept in his bouncer in the bassinet next to my bed for the first 3 mos.

DS slept in his carseat, which I would put in the crib, from about 3 months until he was 7 months. He would sleep 12 hours, so I didn't want to mess with it. I put him in the crib when he started rolling over both ways (he did this a little late). I was prepared for a nightmare transition period, but he still slept great, luckily.
