Doing my first race by myself
I'm doing a 4 mile race tomorrow here in Staten Island. it will be near the beach. Hopefully, it will give off a nice breeze. Afterwards, I'll sit on the bench by the beach. looking forward to it. I did 4 miles last week in 52 minutes. Hoping i do the race in less time than that

Once you get in the race "groove" you will definitely start moving. You will do great!! Enjoy it and good luck!!

i finished the race in 51 minutes. it sure was a hot one. i had to take a few walking breaks. but i finished it:)

Absolutely! You beat 52, which is what you ran it in last time but beating 50 gives you a goal for your next race!!
