Re: Sesame place or Dutch wonderland?
Does she love Elmo?? We went to both parks last week and I think both are great. My DD happens to love Elmo so if I had to pick just one for her it would be Sesame.
ETA: My DD is also 21 months

Dutch Wonderland has my vote. It is a great size, and the waterpark is great.

Re: Sesame place or Dutch wonderland?
I love DW and like it much better than Sesame Place.
That being said, Sesame Place can be an easy day trip while DW requires hotel and is a longer trip. We didn't particular like the other things in Lancaster either.
We took our 2yo alone as a day trip to Sesame and left the baby with my mom in NY.
We are going to Sesame Place next week with both kids (3yo and 1yo). We have not yet committed to a multi-day trip to DW yet.

Re: Sesame place or Dutch wonderland?
Thanks. We are planning this for next month during our stay at Shawnee in pocono's so I think the trip will be about 2 hrs to DW... Hoping its not too much for one day.
So he won't be too little? Will the 6 month old be able to be held on anything? Or will someone be stuck with her in the stroller all day?

We rode most rides with DS. You will be able to ride a lot of rides with your 6m old.
The ride alone rides have a height requirement so your older one may not even be able to ride alone.
You will have a blast! LOVE DW!

Great! Thanks. I was just looking at the website... So basically all the "family rides" I can take the 6 month old on??
This looks like fun! Can't wait.

Re: Sesame place or Dutch wonderland?
for those ages, Dutch wonderland. Sesame even now at 2.5 there isnt that much my DS wants to go on (although he is going through the "everything is scary phase" so thats part of it. But DW has rides they can go on by themselves or rides you can do together.
