Hungry girl is awesome. Has several cookbooks and a show on the cooking channel. Take the nutrition value for one wedge, double it, and put those values in the points calculator......should only be one point....

Thanks, never heard of her> I checked the points and that makes me so excited!Chat Icon

How do you make your chicken salad to be 2 pts? What kind of chicken do you use?

I use the kind in a can- Swanson white chickenbreast. 1 serving = 1 point (there are 2.5 servings) and fat free mayo is 1 pt for 1 tablespoon.

One serving is actually a pretty decent size. I put it on a wrap with alot of lettuce and cucumber and it seems much bigger.
