Colace question
Does anyone take it everyday? My prenatal is making things difficult  I'm wondering if I should take colace with it each night

I was told to take it 3 times a day. I find benefiber works better though.

After my c-section, I take 2 pills a day. It barely helps... but I would at least try it.

I have been taking it 2X a day since I started the third trimester...my OB said it is fine to take for long term. It helps, but you also need to up your fiber and water intake.

Colace question
I take mirilax instead this pregnancy. That's a once-a-day thing, although I find I don't need it more than once a week now (sometimes not at all) so it's nice you can take it one day and not for a few days or whatever you need. But for a while I was taking it once a day for a few days at a time.
Colase I think you can take like 3 a day or something.

I take whatever Costco brand stool softeners they sell. I take 2 every single day with my prenatal.

My ob suggested a "shot" of prune juice everyday :) I bought t but havent tried it yet
